This port was deleted by bapt@ using his portmgr hat about three months ago 
because the distfile was no longer available. I resurrected it and assumed 
maintainership a few days ago however learning that it is no longer 
maintained by an upline, portmgr made the right decision to delete it at 
that time. I just reimplemented what was done three months ago.
