Thanks for doing this, the page used to look pretty abandoned. Alas, the
"Last Updated" column makes me sad :(

Btw, do we really want to have the SCCS toolset in FreeBSD? I mean,
seriously?

Jens' list could also do with some updating. For example, we have a
locale(1) tool these days...
