Why are you placing a makefile that may be used by many different CRAN
ports inside one particular CRAN port? Wouldn't it be more logical to
place it in math/R/files, or in Mk?

Also, you do realize that, while this will make updates for some CRAN
ports easier in some ways, it will be more difficult to determine if
there are any CONFLICTS, especially if more CRAN ports are added?
