  Update to the 20090129 snapshot of GCC 4.3.4 which basically coincides
  with the GCC 4.3.3 release.
  
  Set PORTNAME, MAINTAINER, COMMENT, and LATEST_LINK unconditionally as
  opposed to using ?=.
