When there are special rules of capitalization, it's a bit easier to
type &dtrace; than spend a bit of time to grep through the docs to look
for ``established tradition''.  I would probably prefer something like a
&dtrace; entity.

If it is a registered symbol or a trademark of Sun, it may even make
sense to add it to `doc/share/trademarks.ent' to take advantage of the
DSSSL-magic that add a (TM) marker to the first instance of the
"DTrace&trade;" string.
