My guess is that this has nothing to do with edwins work, but that it
actually never contained a diff for anything under CVSROOT/.  CVSROOT
for ports is actually called CVSROOT-ports/ on cvsweb and cvsmail by
default just takes the patch in the mail, which is just CVSROOT leading
to a 404 and no diff.  It's a feature.
