Uhrm i82801 is an Intel part or I'm not aware of any such Marvell chip 
at least.

If you are talking about the Marvell 6121/6141 chips I dont know, they 
should follow AHCI specs on the PATA part, but I have no HW here to 
test/develop eventual support on (sponsors are welcome as usual :) )
