+1.  It also not that hard to check out for particular OSVERSION(s) one
should care about:

	http://people.freebsd.org/~fenner/__FreeBSD_version.html

That's what I always try to do.  Plus, it gives all us additional chance
to rethink if we need a bump for particular change or not (sadly,
sometimes there's no exact match, ergo one has to pick some close value
to minimize possible impact on our end-users).
