As you should know after many years working in FreeBSD, waiting < 24
hours for a response does not constitute silent acceptance.

Especially after someone has already disagreed with earlier versions
of your proposal and you haven't fully accepted their criticisms.

Both.  As it stands your port violates several long-standing rules for
the ports collection, so it cannot be considered complete or ready.
