	Yes, there are some issue.

	1. To download freqsdwn will be considered to accept AGREEMENT.
	2. There are some usage restrictions.
	   I don't know where English AGREEMENT is in
	   www.mitsubishielectric.co.jp.  So I quote from a translation
	   site(SEE following URL).  I don't know that a translation is
	   better.  But I believe that you can feel nuance.
