The PR already contains a patch to port over the existing ports which
use pwlib and openh323 to the repocopied ones (so no need to send
patches). I haven't committed the change yet, since portmgr is waving
the "no sweeping commits ATM"-flag currently.

After switching over, the pwlib and openh323 port will get updated to
more recent versions. After that, feel free to send patches to update
e.g. gnomemeeting, gatekeeper or whatever.
