  MFC: synchronise the EHCI driver with HEAD:
   o Add workaround for dropped interrupts on VIA and ATI controllers
   o Add various identification strings and vendor IDs
   o Set sc_dying to 1 when detaching
   o Don't bother clearing the unused transfer `hcpriv' field
