Let's give some background for this change.

In 2005 there were 13 maintainer-timeouts committed on your ports. So
far in 2006 there have been 6 (not counting the last day or so). You have
also let broken ports be deleted after they expired. Only one other person
had more maintainer-timeouts in 2005 and I reset his maintainership. (The
next person in 2006 has only 3). That's 19 PRs that were once assigned to
you that someone else had to step up and handle.

portsmon sends email about broken and expiring ports once every 2 weeks;
GNATS sends mail about outstanding PRs once every week. These are things
that we expect maintainers to pay attention to.

Back in late 2005 there was mail from portmgr asking you to be more timely
in maintaining your ports. Since then you have made only a handful of
commits. If you compare this to the number of timeouts that you have
incurred and the complaints that portmgr has gotten that you have not
been responsive to email or questions asked in the public forums, perhaps
you can understand why this action was taken.

As I have said in many forums, I really don't care who maintains the ports,
but I _do_ care that the ports get maintained. In my opinion (and I am
not alone in this), you haven't been effectively maintaining your ports for
at least 6 months.
