I think I found it: this is during build of
korean/hlatex-psfonts-uhc-extra:

pkg_add ko-HLaTeX-1.0.1.tbz
===>  Installing for ko-HLaTeX-psfonts-uhc-extra-0.99
===>   ko-HLaTeX-psfonts-uhc-extra-0.99 depends on file: /usr/local/share/texmf/doc/latex/hlatex/uhc.ks - not found
===>    Verifying install for /usr/local/share/texmf/doc/latex/hlatex/uhc.ks in/usr/ports/korean/hlatex

So korean/hlatex-psfonts-uhc-extra relies on korean/hlatex to install
uhc.ks but it does not install this file anymore. I think that switching
dependency file will do the work...
