Thank you very much for your notice! I haven't know about it.
EULA seems to be much strict than 
http://www.i-love-epson.co.jp/download2/printer/driver/win/page/ttf30.htm
:(
However, still we can use it if we have one of the OS you mentioned above,
and if we are in Japan.
okay I'll add message to mention these point to comply EULA.

Is there any policy in FreeBSD ports in written form?
If it is violating FreeBSD's policy on ports, I must delete it.
