ue@ has written suppe which is part of the port
textproc/fdp-tools-1.2. The most recent version
of the port is 1.4, unfortunately it didn't make
it into the Ports Collection. You can download
ist from:

http://www.ruhr.de/home/nathan/FreeBSD/fdp-tools-1.4.tar.gz
MD5 (fdp-tools-1.4.tar.gz) = 268592156db8912a9419880d278adb98

You might need to customize suppe a bit (include
tags unknown to suppe), but this should be pretty easy.
