Yes, for _documentation_. I agreed at the time, and I still do, that
having a consistent capitalization for "FreeBSD.org" in our
documentation, web pages, etc. was important, even though I don't
actually like the one we chose. But this isn't a documentation issue,
it's a Makefile.

Let's not go too far down the road of "foolish consistency," especially
when it's something as silly as this.
