How do you guys address the following problem with milter-sender?
(I started noticing that my @FreeBSD.org mail is dropped after I
have attempted to run Sendmail with milter-sender.)

Suppose a site has two MX hosts with different Internet routes.
At one point, a sender's mail host cannot reach my primary MX
host, and relays mail through my secondary MX host, which can
access my primary MX host. The primary MX host attempts to
connect back to sender's MX host but cannot (due to temporary
Internet connectivity probelems), times out, and drops an
otherwise legitime email.
