As i stated before on the doc mailinglists, i am not
happy with this chapter. What is the reason why this
should be included in a _FreeBSD specific_ book?
This has nothing to do with FreeBSD.
If a user has problems with email he looks for
documentation of email software he wants to use.

In my opinion this does not belong into the handbook
and makes it bloat (it is already big enough and
we should not feed it with stuff like that).

perhaps we could summarize the chapter and include it
in the faq:

"how can i send problem reports without the overhead
of installing a MTA"
