Maybe not, but I googled just now, and got
http://people.freebsd.org/~mbr/fam-kqueue.tgz which is a broken link.  I
know Joel worked a bit on the bsdfam project on Sourceforge, but decided
to add kqueue to SGI FAM instead.  You'd have to ask him more on the
specifics.
