1.2 is old.  2.x is the new stable version, and will be used from here
on out.  In fact, we're looking to move away from gtk+-1.2 as much as
possible.  We will start by making gtk+-2.0 the default toolkit for
Mozilla (1.2 will stay there for a while until apps such as Galeon 2
stabilize).  At some point, 1.2 will probably disappear from the tree
altogether.

Why don't you like gtk+-2?
