  Log:
  Upgrade to the latest version, 3.2.0b6.
  
  Replace libtool 1.3 with 1.5, and adjust pkg-plist to remove
  the no longer installed .la files.
  
  Move the htdig.conf file out of the way before install so that
  the sample file will get installed each time.
