You forgot to update math/ruby-gsl's LIB_DEPENDS line.  Be careful
when you update a library port with a shlib version bump and make sure
you update its dependent ports' LIB_DEPENDS lines at the same time.

Now, unfortunately, in this case even if you do that the port is
broken due to gsl-1.4's bug that was fixed later as below:

Would you please check out and add the patch to the gsl port and fix
the problem?
