Where can I find a manual for ctm?

I know I replied, but I replied off list.

Beyond the man pages, there really isn't any documentation that puts it 
all together.  By that, I mean if you want to create a ctm creator.

If you want to use ctm to receive deltas, I think the man page for ctm 
is rather helpful.
