ctm files

Hi Feroz,

Well, that's the way ctm works. :-)

You pass that email through the ctm_rmail command and
CTM delta file gets extracted.
See ctm_rmail man page for more details that have some
examples on how to handle the email.

::works. Im new to ctm thingy. I already use them and
