ctm files

Hi,

Can anybody tell me why ctm mailing list sent me an
email with all these weird characters? I thought it
will attach the file? Unless this is the way ctm
works. Im new to ctm thingy. I already use them and
hoping to stay up to date. I suppose I have to ftp the
file manually.
