cvs-cur delta generation had a bit of down time, basically due to a 
mistake on my part.  I am getting a fresh delta out now, and after this 
it should be working again.

The computer that generates the deltas has been put behind a firewall, 
and had its IP address changed.  This should cause no problems, but if 
anyone sees anything going wrong, please tell me, or email ctm-users.
