scsi errors

I get the following errors on a Mandrake 8.2 box with an aic7xxx scsi 
controlle. There is a SCA module with 5 scsi disk and a hp tape 
connected to this. The errors doesn't seem to stop and this is also 
making the box extremely unstable. Anyone knows what this is and how to 
fix it.
