Dear Buchan Milne,
My card is an Adaptec APA-1480A Cardbus (PCMCIA).
I do not know about firmware. Would you please
explain how to update the firmware on the card ?
I would rather to use the new driver after updating
the firmware than using an old one.
I e-mailed Adaptec but answer was that they do not
support a driver for APA-1480 under Linux.
I am using Mandrake 8.1 or RHL7.2.
thanks,
Luiz
