Adaptec 2940U2W

Hello Folks.
  I am trying to write a driver for HP/UX for the 2940U2W. I think
(well, thought, before I started
looking at the aic7xxx drivers for Linux and FreeBSD) that I had a
handle on things. Adaptec is
giving me a little but of a work-out on getting documentation. Can
anyone point me to a place or a
person where I could get this sort of information? I would really
appreciate it.
