5.1.0-pre2: tag_info wierdness????

Drive 0 on bus 0 and drive 1 on bus 1 both report that they can not support
tagged queueing.  This probably means they have the DQue bit set in their
SCSI configuration or else they are older/cheaper drives that don't support
tagged queueing at all.
