Nope. Hardware RAID is not supported in the aic7xxx driver.
No docs from Adaptec, plus I imagine it would be a pretty
major driver change. If you want hardware RAID, get a DPT;
they are well supported in Linux and the manufacturer is
very helpful in providing programming info. DPT is now also
supported in FreeBSD.
