CD-Writer error

Hello,
I recently installed the version 5.1.6 of the aic7xxx driver on kernel
2.0.36 of Linux.
My CD-Writer brings me this the following error, which does not come
when it is connected on 1505 instead of 2940-UW. First the
scsi-information and then the runtime/debug information of cdrecord 1.6
