Async negotiation

Tried the 5.1.5 driver included in Alan's 2.0.37pre1 last night.
It still negotiates sync with my buggy Syquest, even though sync
negotiation is disabled in the SEEPROM. I'm reverting back to my hacked
5.1.4 and would be glad to provide any Information necessary to help
resolve the issue.
