Nope, you're filesystem needs checked. There are two things I know of that
can cause this problem in 2.1.118. Bad hardware, and using the /dev/scdx
devices. The sr.c driver is currently broken in regards to locking and it
results in corrupted data when used simultaneously with other devices. I
expect to have the time to fix that sometime this weekend.
