New patches in the kernel release (was RE: 2.1.91 SMP and aic7xxx)

Any idea when this patch will be in the mainstream of linux kernel?

Maybe in 2.1.93?

I've seen many patches on this list, but not all of them get
"automagically" added to the next kernel release. Even more, if I
remember well, deadlock and /proc patches weren't added until several
releases after.
