mouse problem and schedulers

Hi

src from today 9PM CET(central european time)

Using ULE, it renders my system totally useless, the mouse is impossible to 
use, it lives its own life(it is a touchpad mouse on an Acer laptop)

Changing to 4BSD, makes the system usable again but the problem still persists 
although a LOT less frequent.

The mouse works under at least 2 other OS's so I doubt it is HW related.
