mount / umount

If I try to mount the floppy when I am root, everything works fine!!

I tried to chmod 766 /dev/fd* , but as soon as I reboot I have the problem 
again.

I have notice now that I cannot use also the /dev/apm when I am not the root, 
but I can use /dev/dsp.
